Luke will use Higher Relationships to foster growth opportunities, leading to a seamless project process for public and private clients.

He is laying the foundation for the future of the railroad engineering industry through his contributions to AREMA Committee 12 for rail transit, where he has served the past three years. Luke now holds the position as Secretary.
